Refund Policy

At Therapeutic Interconnectivity, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day refund policy. Please review the following terms and conditions for refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (as applicable).

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Rejection
A refund request my not be granted if:

The refund is requested more than 14 days after the date of delivery

The product is used and/or has signs of damage

Suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Fees
Refunds do not include shipping fees. The original shipping cost will not be included in your refund. Similarly, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@therapeuticinterconnectivity.com, and we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
