1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times are also calculated at the time of purchase.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and any potential delays caused by third-party carriers. While we strive to deliver your order on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. 7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@therapeuticinterconnevitiy.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item when reaching out.
If your tracking information indicated that your order has been delivered, and you are unable to locate it, we encourage you to wait one more business day, and/or check with any neighbors who may have accepted your package on your behalf. Similarly, we recommend contacting your local post office to see if the package was left there.
