At Therapeutic Interconnectivity, LLC, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and with care. Below is an overview of how our shipping and delivery process works.


1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to best meet your needs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will also be displayed during checkout.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and any delays outside our control (such as weather or carrier disruptions).
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been scanned by the carrier.


5. Shipping Locations

We proudly ship worldwide.


6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing an order.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@therapeuticinterconnectivity.com right away.
To help us assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend:

  • Waiting one additional business day

  • Checking with neighbors or building staff

  • Contacting your local post office or carrier directly

8. Shipping Delays

Occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
